Where should I park at the airport?

There are ample spaces in the airport's Parking Garage, Economy Parking, and Long-Term Parking lots. For information on each facility and current prices, please visit the Parking & Ground Transportation page.

Can I reserve a parking space?

The airport’s parking facilities provide space for about 18,000 vehicles, which is more than enough to serve airport customers even during peak travel periods like Thanksgiving and Spring Break. Reservations aren't needed!

How do I get from the garage to the terminal?

Located a short walk (300 feet) from the terminal, the Parking Garage is connected to the terminal via an enclosed Pedestrian Bridge on Level 3. The Pedestrian Bridge which features moving sidewalks and a unique overhead art display. With ten elevators, eight escalators, and four moving walkways, the garage has been built for maximum customer convenience, comfort, accessibility, and mobility.

Is accessible parking offered for the physically challenged?

Absolutely. Ample parking for physically challenged individuals is available throughout the airport. In the Parking Garage, there are plentiful spots for vehicles displaying proper identification on either side of the center atrium on levels two, three, four, and five.

How frequently do shuttles run to and from the surface parking lots to the terminal?

Airport shuttles provide continuous, frequent service 24/7 to the terminal from numerous pick-up and drop-off shelters located in each lot.

What are payment options for airport parking?

Payment for the Parking Garage, Economy Parking, and Long-Term Parking can be made with cash or credit card. The airport accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club. The Long-Term Parking and Economy Parking areas can be exited with a credit card. Those who prefer to pay with cash can use one of six cashier booths. In the Parking Garage, drivers can utilize one of the pay-on-foot stations which accept both cash and credit cards; a cluster of stations is located on the third floor of the garage near the Pedestrian Bridge in addition to stations on the second, fourth, and fifth levels.

Do you offer parking coupons or discounts?

Click here to subscribe for our free e-newsletter and receive periodic information about special parking offers and coupons. A discount is available for passengers and visitors displaying a blue hang-tag or license plates indicating they are physically challenged. This discount can only be obtained from an attendant in a cashier booth.

My vehicle battery is dead, can someone help me?

Yes! Our roving 24-hour assistance vehicle has a driver who can provide free jump starts, inflate low tires, help customers find lost vehicles, and escort solo travelers arriving on late-night flights. If you need assistance, locate the nearest emergency phone. In the Parking Garage, you'll find emergency phones located near elevators, stairwells, and moving sidewalks. In the Long-Term Parking and Economy Parking lots, emergency phones are located at each shuttle shelter. You can also ask the shuttle drivers to report your request for assistance.

In the event your vehicle needs to be towed or if you are locked-out of your vehicle, the airport has contracted  Indiana Finest Wrecker Service. Contact them at 317.243.6553; fees vary depending upon service needed.
