Established as a municipal corporation by the General Assembly in 1962, the Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) owns, develops, and operates six airports in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. In addition to Indianapolis International Airport, they include:
In general, the IAA Board meets at 8:30 a.m. on the third Friday of the month in its boardroom located at 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive in Indianapolis. Meeting dates and times are subject to change.

Description:Public meeting noticeThe Indianapolis Airport Authority board will meet on Friday, May 17, 2013, in the main terminal building at the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana 46241, as follows:The board will meet at 7:30 a.m. in the North Administrative Conference Room (Room 09T.422) for a pre-board meeting; and At 8:30 a.m. (or immediately following conclusion of the pre-board meeting), the board will meet in the airport boardroom (Room 11T.413) for the regular board meeting.
