Established as a municipal corporation by the General Assembly in 1962, the Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) owns, develops, and operates six airports in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. In addition to Indianapolis International Airport, they include:
The IAA Board meets at 8:30 a.m. on the third Friday of the month in its boardroom located at 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive in Indianapolis. Meeting dates and times are subject to change.
